Set forth below is the text of a comment that I recently put to another blog entry at this site:
There are limits to what one can be expected to put up with before taking action against such malicious, groundless, and willful defamation.
I’m ready for the lawsuits to begin today, Banned.
Give it your best shot.
If the Wall Street Con Men have sufficient pull that they can get someone sent to prison for the “crime” of having discovered the errors in the Old School safe withdrawal rate studies, then the Wall Street Con Men have sufficient pull that they can get someone sent to prison for the “crime” of having discovered the errors in the Old School safe withdrawal rate studies. It’s not like there is anything that I can do about it.
I have said numerous times that I would prefer the death penalty to agreeing to post dishonestly on the numbers that my friends use to plan their retirements. So you know all you need to know to know how to proceed.
So proceed. I certainly cannot stop you.
If you do NOT proceed, I certainly will report that you made the threat and failed to follow through. You can count on that much.
The more threats you fail to honor, the less people will be afraid of you.
I think it would be fair to say that we are all in the process of watching the Buy-and-Hold Mafia die before our very eyes.
Good.
I think that’s wonderful.
I think it would be fair to say that these are the sorts of individuals that Dylan had in mind when he wrote his song “Masters of War.”

Rob, the Fellow Who Will Stand Over the Grave of the Buy-and-Hold Mafia Until He Is Sure That It Is Dead

Rob,
Do you have a basic understanding of the differences between civil and criminal law? If someone sues you for defamation, they can only seek monetary relief. It takes criminal charges to results in jail time. You mix the two together like they are related or the same.
Rob says
Threatening to kill someone’s wife and children is a criminal act. Financial fraud is a criminal act.
Defamation is a tort. Seeking to destroy someone’s business is a tort.
While defamation and seeking to destroy someone’s business are by themselves torts, if the acts that constitute those torts are performed with the aim of covering up an act of financial fraud, they become criminal acts as well.
You and the others who have posted in “defense” of Mel Lindauer and John Greaney have committed numerous criminal acts AND numerous torts. I will bring a civil case against you and I would imagine that a good number of the millions of middle-class investors who have suffered damages as a result of the 11-year cover-up will be bringing civil cases against you as well. It will be up to state or Federal prosecutors to bring criminal charges against you.
But you knew that all along, didn’t you, Pink?
Don’t let the bad guys get you down, man.

Based on the documentation and all the lies you have put out there Rob, it doesn’t look good for you. It is actually you that is guilty of all those claims.
Despite your claims to know law, you seem to still lack basic understandings. no need to discuss how off you really are.
I know this is still all part of your fantasy world and when you continue to make up all these stories and lies, it just further enforces everyone’s opinions as to your lack of credibility and suspicions of a significant mental disorder.
Rob says
Got it, Pink.
Please take good care, my old friend.

(Actually that last quote doesn’t really work, since fear of your threats continues to hold steady at zero.)
Still waiting for the videos and new logo. The site is getting a little stale.

It all begins following the next price crash, X.
It’ll be a happening.
My best wishes to you and yours.
