Podcast #98 — Are Bubbles Inevitable?

I’ve posted Podcast #98 to the “RobCasts” section of the site. It’s called Are Bubbles Inevitable?

They are inevitable for so long as we continue telling people that they don’t need to change their stock allocations in response to big price changes. Once the Rational Investing model catches on, I don’t see why we need to experience bubbles anymore. Putting an end to bubbles is an exciting prospect. That’s one of the reasons why I believe we may someday look back at this economic crisis as having been a very good development.
