Set forth below is the text of a comment that I recently posted to the discussion thread for another blog entry at this site:
“As you know, I am focused nowadays on writing my book. There’s a sentence in Chapter Thirteen where I say: “This is the most important book ever published in the field of personal finance.”
You are so detached from reality.
Yeah, yeah.
If you weren’t worried about going to prison, you wouldn’t be posting here, Anonymous. Please give me a freakin’ break.
Best. wishes etc.

If you weren’t worried about VII, you wouldn’t make up posts about death threats, job threats or prison threats.
I haven’t made anything up. But, yes, I AM worried about the ban on honest posting re the last 39 years of peer-reviewed research in this field. If stocks continue to perform in the future anything at all as they always have in the past, we are going to see another devastating economic crisis within the next year or two or three. Millions of lives will be done great harm. That worries me.
And it worries me even more that people are going to find out how this happened. People are going to be upset to learn that we have known for 39 years how stock investing works and yet we have not told them. I worry that people are going to lose confidence not only in our economic system but in our political system too. I believe that political frictions are going to grow in the wake of the next price crash.
I am doing what I can to make things as good as they can be for all involved. But, yes, I am worried. That’s why I soldier on. I love my country. So I do what I can.
My best wishes.
Rob
That Sammy guy is making you look silly over at valuewalk. I guess you can’t delete posts over there to hide the lies.
I cannot delete comments there.
I have often responded to comments put forward there by Sammy.
We need other people to get involved in the discussions. That is the thing that is holding us back.
As I note all the time, I believe that we will see more people get involved after we have seen all of the human misery that will follow from a 50 percent drop in stock prices. We’ll see.
