When did Shiller mention Greaney’s name?

His original title for his book was: “The Crazy Numbers in the Retirement Study Posted at John Greaney’s Web Site Show How Dangerous Irrational Exuberance Can Become.” The people in the publicity department at Random House had plans to put a poster on a bus in New York City and the bus wasn’t long enough to handle that one. So he had to cut it back.

It’s a fun fact re which many in this field are not aware.
